Controller
For data collected through this site (quote form), the controller is EI JUND Bastien, 68740 Blodelsheim, France. For location data processed in the platform, the customer company is the controller and Fleetrace acts as a processor within the meaning of article 28 of the GDPR.
Data collected on the site
The quote form collects: company, name, work email address, phone number, number of vehicles, industry and message. This information is used solely to prepare and send a quote and to follow up on your request.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on your own initiative and on the legitimate interest in answering a commercial enquiry. Prospect data is kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted.
Location data
Vehicle positions are kept for the period agreed in the contract, from 3 to 24 months, then purged automatically. Every driver has a private mode allowing tracking to be suspended outside working hours. The data is never sold or used for advertising.
Recipients
Data is accessible only to authorised people at the customer company and to the Fleetrace staff strictly required for operations and support. No transfer to commercial third parties takes place.
Security
Traffic between the trackers, the platform and browsers is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to the platform is authenticated and logged, with role-based permissions.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. These rights can be exercised at contact@fleetrace.bastien-jund.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics trackers. Only technical local storage is used, to remember your language and display preferences.
