Fleetrace is the software publisher and acts as a processor under the GDPR. You remain the controller: we supply the documents and the settings, the entry in your record of processing remains yours to make.

Yes, within a clear framework. You must inform employees individually and consult staff representatives, record the processing in your GDPR register, keep the purpose limited (safety, billing, optimisation, working-time records) and allow tracking to be switched off outside working hours. Fleetrace includes private mode and supplies the matching document templates.
The OBD tracker plugs into the diagnostic port in 30 seconds, with no tools and without taking the vehicle off the road. For a hidden hardwired install, recommended against theft, allow 30 to 45 minutes per vehicle with a technician, on your premises.
A disconnection alert is sent immediately. The tracker has a backup battery and keeps transmitting its position for several hours.
Yes. The SIM cards are multi-network and cover the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland with no roaming surcharge. North Africa is available on request. The interface is translated into English, French and Spanish.
You export it at any time, in one click, as Excel, CSV or through the API, with no exit fee. It is never sold or used for anything other than the service. At the end of the contract it is deleted from our systems on written request.
12 months if the tracker is rented, no commitment at all if you buy the hardware. No tacit 36-month renewal: the contract rolls year to year and ends with one month's notice.
A monthly subscription per active vehicle, invoiced in arrears. Add or remove vehicles mid-contract and the invoice follows. Volume discount from 25 vehicles.
Hardwired installation is carried out by a network of partner technicians in France, Spain and the Benelux. Support is provided directly by Fleetrace, by email and by phone depending on your plan, Monday to Saturday.
