What we get asked most
Yes, within a clear framework. You must inform employees and staff representatives, record the processing in your GDPR register, keep the purpose limited (security, billing, optimisation) and allow tracking to be switched off outside working hours. Fleetrace includes a "private" mode and a template information notice aligned with data protection authority guidance, supplied with your contract.
The OBD tracker plugs into the diagnostic port in 30 seconds, no tools needed. For a hidden hardwired install (recommended against theft), allow 30 to 45 minutes per vehicle with a technician, on your premises.
You get a disconnection alert immediately. The tracker has a backup battery and keeps reporting its position for several hours.
Yes. Our multi-network SIM cards cover the whole of Europe with no roaming surcharge, plus North Africa on request. The interface is available in French, English and Spanish.
At any time, in one click, as Excel, CSV or through the API. Your data belongs to you and is hosted in France with an ISO 27001 certified provider.
